This is almost a skill thing, because every main class has a specialization and weapon combo that can be built to be like this

every class has a variation of brawl around. And then there are condi and power variants for them, too

but this is mostly applicable to pvp. for pve, mobility a lot of the times does not matter, that's why there are so many viable classes

i tried learning holosmith awhile back. Essentially its like SB MCH Heat mech. If u manage it well u can stay in dps stance for awhile takes some management to balance it just right to maximize dps. That build is the harder version of it.

Easier version u might like is u just go ham and blow urself up and get dmg.

but since they added legendary wardrobe, added more build templates/gear templates, It cut my character usage from ~15 down to like, 5

ok so i may have selected EU as my region when launching the game first (via steam), and i wanted to go NA so i could play with people from here, but the region transfer doesnt appear to be working

i think the issue is one of the following but maybe someone knows more:

1. since there is a 7 day cd on server transfers, i wont be able to do it until that time has passed since i first launched the game
2. i cant transfer cuz free account, though youd think in that case itd say that on the thing itself and not give me an error that crashes the game. googling the error returns 1 relevant reddit post, also about transferring the region, and the dude sorted it out by contacting support so i might have to do that

once again steam player punished, just like ff14 cant even log into the arenanet website to check anything cuz of some error

might just have to make an actual arenanet acc and play through the native client

fractals are kinda like mini-dungeons with 4 tiers of difficulty

there's an individual difficulty scale from 1-100 that spans that four tiers, and each number on the scale is one particular themed mini-dungeon

there's the long-term progression part which is going up the difficulty scale/tiers and earning/buying agony resist, and then some daily fractals (bonus daily rewards)
