i heard good things about fissure plus leap slam

infernal cry should be your main warcry rn

and then perfect strike carries you through early game

for bosses

outside that you can stick to auto attack and bonecrush

what you do is like this

when you approach a pack

cast twice then fireball

that way you clear packs, and for boss you just stick to fussilade

cause it does a lot of dmg

also make sure you get the chance to extra projectiles node

the single target is so weird

cause combat frenzy for some reason

only works for freeze, pin and electrocute

now, you can solve that with uniques, but i wanna see from the base skills perspectives

obviously freeze is the easiest to proc, so you can get your payoff

but there's no single target skill on the cold section that uses charges

lighting has a bunch of skills, but you need to slot eletrocute gem for that to work i guess

pin doesn't exist, so pin gem as well

but again only lighting or bleed st skills

well now with electrocute gem it's annoying cause i have to slowdown when i'm close to electrocute to not consume the charges

i didnt play back then but legit all you need to do is spam essences

new base cant roll caster mods

crafting something like that is not expensive at all (~3/4 divs depending on the essence prices)

(i fractured the spell damage and rolled with serrated fossil to simulate the new base)

What made wands difficult to craft was the fact that it rolls both caster and attack mods

So mediocre wands were already insane for wander builds....

to balance the crafting

imo slot machine crafting isn't crafting, it's just a time sink. We're back to 0.1 crafting.
abyss crafting is great for single targeting a mod, but of the omen of light is hovering 7.8+ divs right now.
Pretty expense to reroll if you didn't get what you wanted.
They should have waited for 0.4 launch to remove/replace/rework homo exalt.

The essences also help a lot now, that alone makes it miles ahead of 0.1
