My most used setup was something where you have almost everyone at 1hp and you precisely tweak your party's speed and agility stat for the desired turn order, so that you can have everyone attacking before a spiritmancer, who will then use Stillness and make everyone invincible after your party has attacked and before the enemy attacks you. The rest of the party just spams Minus Strike at 1hp and a performer with hasten world gives BP to everyone with mimic after the first command
