Had honkai gakuen, hi3, hsr, arknights, blue archive, genshin and pgr at the same time at one point.
And I will say this, its recommended to stop playing when it becomes too much of a chore or you have burnout.
Helps me a lot with genshin since it stressed me out when 2.0+ came.
For spending real money, I recommend doing it only if you really like a character and you can't get her f2p.
Spending money to keep up with meta is never a good thing.
