I have seen reports of somewhat offensive skins that players themselves make and my proposal is this: when creating a skin, a message is sent for review and if the developers accept, the skin can be used, if it is offensive and you send it for acceptance, the developers will give you a warning that the skin is offensive and vulgar, if they insist, they will ban it.

do you think they have the man power for that?
The skins are reported and we Mods warn/ban them
Only reason this isn't implemented yet is because they don't care
See, a thing about this is that they would probably have to hire more staff to be able to accept the skins because they are probably hopefully busy. I’m working on other battle passes (😔) And they might not have enough money to be able to hire more people to be able to do that type of stuff. Otherwise, I think that it’s an OK idea.
ok ok, Thank you for your answers, now the importance of the matter is clear to me.
I downvoted this cuz I like to see illegal skins
Smh.
But it's not about money. Moderators don't get paid
