Make both players share the same loadout

Would be fairer for the goofballs that take pride in** not** using "Meta weapons," and don't use AR or AWP. Though, it would reduce the skill gap, and make ranked less fun. An easy solution to ranked is to just fix the guns in the game. Figuring out a good load out for each map is part of what makes ranked fun imo.
