I don't think they even know what parry stasis is
a delayed parry stasis happened in one of my matches, idk how, the wall wasn't grounded before it happened. a wall skimmed another wall and i think my opponent parried it at that moment? or maybe held it, not sure.
What was the result? Like the symptoms

I think they definitely know what it is, but they themselves maybe have never done one. Hard to test something you are not experienced in. That's why we are beta testing.
But it has always been a question if they liked stasis or not. They might have always intended to fix it. But a very big chance it is caused by the unintentional physics change from the engine update.

and it only got popular recently so it isn't that bad

Arm tech felt like cheating to me. It did not feel like earthbending.

0g also makes no sense in our game. But that one is just funny without giving advantages in matches. So I hope the nonsensical funny 0g stays in the game.
And stasis while slightly a stretch, literally, definitely feels like earthbending.
the thing with bugs is that if they're hard enough to do and are cool without being game breaking and the community likes them, I don't see a reason to patch them
stasis is just rule of cool

and railgun
they're too cool to patch out

I think railgun is intentional now. I remember one of the devs saying they're definitely keeping that one

When TacoSlayer and I showed Maarten 0g in a park, he said put it in the feedback site so they "can fix it".
We responded with "Fix it? No" and proceeded to not post it on the feedback site lol
I don't confuse them, to me plastic deforestation is a part of stasis tech.
There are also multiple types of stasis. As ground stasis is also a stasis tech but functions totally different from parry stasis.
Yeah. I just see a lot of players describe plastic deformation, regardless of whether or not stasis was actually involved in how it came about being called parry stasis or delayed parry stasis

This is exactly the attitude we want the devs to have in this game. Unironically
it was a normal DPS from what i know. i summoned structures under it and they broke, i flicked it and nothing happened until my opponent parried it and it recalled to me

I'd say like within 0.1 sec
that's fairly close to 1 frame so can't tell you whether that's new or not
honestly it doesn't surprise me that the weird bs hitstop machine broke during the transition

Structure boost still exists, but it now lies outside of what I would call "arm tech"
Same with phasing.
The only thing even remotely similar to arm tech jank I've seen is structure dragging.
