New Allied faction, Imperial Japanese army & Navy.

Please add the imperial Japanese army and navy, has they were indeed a part of the “Entente” allies.
Joined the war effort in late 1914 and even helped fight in the Russian civil war, which would work great with the mod for that.

I think it’s the only faction for ww1 not done yet with mods actually:). If you guys did do it, that would be fire. But it’s definitely not a priority
