name: FrAgile Blast
coverart: Take to the Streets
path: rainbow's end
power: impel
4 field of poppies
4 arctic pyre
3 higher ground
2 lore broker
1 black hatter
1 niflheim's claim
2 seahaven
3 skilled hacktivist
2 shatterstone palace
2 thunderclap
1 magnus thorsson
3 cross-training
3 sniffer
1 rogue idolon
3 zen archer
1 take to the streets
3 backchannel captain
1 merciless koxinga

trying to combine breach + agile + blast + fragile. I thought zen archer would be cute by both granting agile and comboing with fragile but idk if it's actually good in practice.

threat generation, ramp potential, and spot removal are all extremely suspect in this list

#

breach is cool, but it's important to balance the ability to breach with the ability for your breach minions to stick around

#

i.e. have enough other threats that your opponent can't just snuff one, play a 3/3, and completely stonewall your progress

#

like, hacktivist seems neat, but it trades down in a really bad way - as a 1/3, it might end up trading evenly with a 1 mana 2/2

#

would also question mark how this deck intends to close a game

#

like, supposing everything goes right, you draw a zillion cards, know everything in your opponent's hand, then... what? ping them twice for 1 damage for the next 10 turns?

#

I think if you want to improve on the concept, it would be best to reduce the number of cards that simply breach, and increase the number of cards that provide alternate threats and help your breachers survive

#

you also need to have an endgame

#

it can be as simple as a handful of big, expensive cards, or it could be a more involved late game state where you have a lot of occupied enchants or something

#

for instance, earthslide is an easy addition

#

if you intend to keep using rainbow, it would probably help to get some purple enchants, as well as some 3 mana enchants that create bodies

#

purple enchants will let you better use sniffer/higher ground to find burnable purple for things like idolon, zen archer, etc.

#

but basically - figure out how you want to end the game, then figure out how you survive while building your setup into that

I have nearly all the cards

#

All of core and >80% for the other 2

#

I joined in the core set giveaway

#

yeah I guess realistically I need to cut some of the understatted breach stuff though that kinda defeats the purpose of the deck

#

I was trying to use mill as a win condition earlier but it was even slower than just slapping them with 1 or 2 damage repeatedly
