The release notes for v
1.40.15 indicated that Gone Rogue is now available to players that have reached level 15.

I am hero level 30 and do not have access to Gone Rogue nor even see any in-game mention of Gone Rogue.

Running Android v1.40.16.

We added support to make it available, but we can't make it available to level 15 until everyone has the update that we are rolling out now. Next Gone Rogue will be level 15+.
