This is 2nd time since the latest update, the game just froze while doing daily quests run.
Switching out and back results in a black screen, forced close and restarts get me back into the Story Map and can continue.
No repeatable steps yet, will update if I find one...

Seems around the time I opened a chest, at least the reload gets me back to the chest...
And there was also some server save error... light was red in Oldinn, but the saved successful when opened Story map to do the quest

I have been having random glitches and noticed my tablet was overheating.
I think this started with the previous update.

Seems related to number of coins on the screen - too many things to render maybe...

Happened again on Darkhold Citadel daily quest run. Initial froze/crash was with 3 brilliant Harvestites.
Retested without and was less laggy... I normally trigger Whirlwind and then hit the 3 chests, that was when it frozed the first time - 6x Fury, so also Tornadoes everywhere 🙂
