I changed my phone and i am not able to import my profile again. I get the error -> Adress: undefined. I tried it aswell with scanning methods but i get the same error.

It looks like the app you’re using is failing to import your profile because the data you’re restoring from the QR code or backup doesn’t contain a valid address field — which is why you’re seeing Address: undefined.

Well, you can try this.

-Verify original backup data
If you still have your old phone or a cloud backup:
Open the profile on the old device.
Re-export your profile, ensuring you select the full profile with address/private keys.
For QR export, make sure the code is not cut off in the screenshot.

-Use the correct import method
If importing from a QR code:
Ensure it’s scanned in good lighting, with no glare or blur.
Try importing from the backup file instead of the QR code, if the app supports it.
If importing from a file:
Make sure the file is exactly the original backup JSON and not renamed or opened in a text editor (which may break formatting).

-Check app version compatibility
Install the same version of the app that you had on your old phone.
Import the backup again.
Once it works, you can then update the app to the latest version.

-Contact the app’s support
If your backup data is correct but still fails:
Send them the app version, export method, and whether the address shows up when you view the raw backup.
They may have a recovery tool for corrupted backups.
