First-Time User Highlight Tips

I’d like to have simple highlight tips for first-time users. When they tap on a highlighted button or area, it shows a short hint or tip about that feature, and then the highlight disappears after they interact with it. It should feel lightweight and easy to dismiss.

This would match the clean look the app already has
