Hi - I get the email with the the recovery button and it opens to the UP cloud again but the next step of 2FA won't load. I recovered successfully the day before but due to PC problems need to recover again - same story with Universal Page email recovery. Thanks

All good - tried again a few hours later and was able to recover no problem.
