I made recovery but I can't access my funds. When I try to transaction, I get transaction relay services error. That's why I installed the UP extension in a new browser and tried to recover. However, this time I got an error like in the screenshot and I couldn't recover.
I think the problem is this.. I cannot use the controller I added via Metamask. It's using a controller I can't access. What should I do?

if on that new browser the UP extension do you have any other UP that you are using? if not just uninstall and install again the UP extension and try to recover using https://my.universalprofile.cloud/3rd-party/recover
right now we dont have a way to remove a controller or a UP from the extension. So this would be the quickest way to solve your prob

if in the list of controllers there is no recovery or the MM address is not there than yeah you dont have recovery setup
plus the MM address needs to have ADDCONTROLLER permissions
that you can check here: https://erc725-inspect.lukso.tech/data-fetcher by setting your UP address on Contract Address and selecting AddressPermissons:Permissions and putting there your MM address

but looking at the permissions
it looks like an UP extension controller

yeah this address was a controller from a previous extension
if you are using that address in MM with Lukso network
the dashboard would only show green if you setup using a fresh address not an address from another extension because than it would be impossible to know if you set it or not
either way
you go to https://my.universalprofile.cloud/3rd-party/recover you should be able to recover
even if the dashboard says otherwise
connect with MM and select that address and try to recover

That's the real problem.
I can't access this controller and I can't change it. That's the real problem. The team needs to figure this out.
If I can select Controller during transaction confirmation, I think there will be no problem.

@Lilliandra has this issue been resolved? I know we talked via DM last week.
@sage cradle would be able to trim this down further- what might be the cause of the "profile already exists in the extension" error while it has been re-installed from scratch.
