Second football-chat channel

Create a second football chat channel because there is too much people talking at the same moment and it's would be easier to chat with a second channel

We have tried second channels before
They always flop in the end

3 times in fact in last 4 years

All 3 attempts flopped

Maybe this time it's can work there's more members over 113,000 and the chat is very active

A second football could be active not like the main one but maybe it won't flop

I'm happy to see this as it was one of the advocates of having the channel around
With that said, many users admitted to chat there only for the club roles. Also, quite often people would ask why the channel is so dead.
We, as a community, haven't found the way to make it work as it should
Open to suggestions and ideas.
