Player of the Week/Month

Player of the Week (PoW):

• The person who sends the most counted messages in a week becomes PoW. Reward: Unique gradient role color with role icon for 1 week.

Player of the Month (PoM):

• The top 3 members with the most counted messages in a month become PoM winners. Reward: Unique gradient role color with role icon for 30days.

To keep things fair, only 1 message per 30 seconds counts. Even if someone spams multiple messages within that window, only the first one is counted. This way, it rewards consistent activity instead of spamming.

You can decide whether to run it weekly or monthly, and adjust the number of winners, since you have better server insights.
