Tifos Channel?

People can send photos of tifos from their clubs or other clubs in a channel, it's art and in general the messages go too fast for anyone to see. I don't know if anyone's interested, but there are so many of them every week all over the world sooo

I think the idea is to just discuss the tifos
Sharing ur opinion about them
E.g when we arranged the tifo for the game vs madrid saying "Stop crying your hearts out"
Some people thought it was cringe while some thought it was cool

Like what the other person says with history/if its a good one etc, or even just seeing them without necessarily talking about it, To see what other clubs are doing

I think on the surface its a good idea, as it allows people to discuss atmosphere of their clubs & the creativity of their fanbase.

But the issue which I can almost certainly see happening is of low activity, majority of the people who talk football on the server don’t cheer for their local clubs & are mostly fans of big European clubs, which makes them inherently less aware about a lot of fan culture aspects.

Fan culture & activities inside of the stadium like tifos are certainly very interesting topics to discuss & casually talk about,
But I am not sure a channel dedicated to them will be a hit on the basis of activity it will generate.

Also think that the there are enough local football fans here to encourage such discussions
I think the channel will be active enough , if everyone knows about its existence

I think it depends where it's put, people who support normal clubs need to see that it exists

So it doesn't matter as long as it's visible, I don't really know where the thread would be?

Channel will have better visibility , but it will need to be very active as well for long term continuity

Meanwhile the thread doesn’t need to be booming with activity, but ofc people will have less visibility of it will only be visible to people who check the threads section of #football-chat

I don't know what you think but maybe a Channel and launch it after the international break when clubs play again? And also by explaining that the aim is to show and talk about the atmosphere in clubs in general
