Make a modlog channel

I think it makes more sense to add it, because we can see muted/banned users and how long they were banned. Is also a good idea because some people thinks banned users just left the server for no reason like this for example

So people see muted user's and duration

SentinelOne doesn’t have the feature either way
& we aren’t planning to move to another moderation bot in place of it

So it cant happen even if we considered valid enough
