Votekick system

Personally, I thenk there should be a votekick system in place, to get rid of the trolls and annoying people, with much more strict punishments.

There’s a system like that already

When someone reaches 10 punishment points
They are put on a ban vote

System is already in place
But only staff can vote in it

As bias can sway easily for them
