I posted a few weeks back an idea about a channel where people posted their fav XI.
As it is something that seems very popular as to promote discussion and activity.
Since some people seem to enjoy it i have a better and easier idea.
What about we make it an event ?
We could do one every 3 months or so.
Basically mods come up with a theme.
For example, since today is the ballon d’or ceremony, how about the "XI of 2023/24", where people would post their XI of what they think the best players of 23/24 were.
People have a week to post their XIs once the delay is done mods decide the best XI (or they can choose the best 3 and let people vote for the best)
Winner can get a title or badge or something.
Like i said previously, XI is something people love to do. It will also promote convos other than Messi vs Ronaldo or Madrid vs Barça debates that flood the chats most days.
There are also tons of different themes possible. There are no way of running out of ideas.
Plus, when no event is going on, the channel for this would be close so no need to monitor it or mod it.
We could also done an event for xmas.
Would be an easy and fun way to do events during special hollidays like xmas, easter, halloween, summer time, etc
Like i said it’s up to the mods to whatever they feel like organizing one of these.
I feel like this might be a much better and fun idea compared to my previous one.
I could always help out setting things up if meed be (and my schedule haha)
Anyway, sorry for the long message, hopefully it’s something u think it’s fun.
