I believe their should be rewards for the top 1% due to them being the most active in the server, i believe (in a seperate channel that you can only access if you are a mod+ or a 1%) there should be a giveaway (nothing of value) to them of any sort of way. (you can do it put your mind to it!)

Just propose getting access to a club role for as long as you're top 1%. They'd probably be more open to that rather than hosting what would be a dead channel

We’ve actually considered offering access to a club role for users in the top 1% of activity, and it’s still something we’re evaluating. However, there’s a key reason why we haven’t moved forward with this idea yet.

Currently, club roles are exclusive to subscribers who contribute to our community by paying a monthly plan. These subscriptions are crucial for covering expenses. If we opened up club roles to non-subscribers—even top performers—we’re concerned it will discourage potential subscribers from committing to a plan.

While we're not driven by money, we do want to motivate users to subscribe and help sustain the community, rather than provide a free alternative that might reduce that incentive.

We’re always open to ideas that balance value for our most active members with support for the server’s sustainability, so if you have any more thoughts, please let me know.
