The punishment point recovery system’s cooldown of getting a point reduced should be changed from 1 month —> 1 week or 2 weeks, 1 month is a very long time period for just getting a single point recovered so I think that a single week per point would be a better cooldown for the points.

And to reward those who are able to learn from their mistakes
It's quite simple, don't break the rules and you won't be bothered with this system at all
