Because gathering crew, leveling it up and training is very expensive, time consuming and totally RNG process, also crew base stats are sometimes changed by Dev Team, it would be very nice if we had a chance to reset crew levels and training, to make this process better.
Also it woould make bad decissions for crew less painfull, especially for $$ crew. I have few Horses and they are worse than my Execs, which are free... but IMHO all players would benefit from such mechanic.
