expected - pressing escape closes healing menu and then pressing it again would open the 'Menu'

What actually happens - pressing escape directly opens the Menu

This behavior is not consistent, since pressing escape in other cases doesn't open that menu - when we're in the galaxy map.

Yet in other cases pressing escape closes the menu - when I'm in the market or in the starlog or in settings.

I'd expect the escape key to close the healing popup too.

oh, I forgot to upload apicture, I'm sorry.. the popup window that appears when you're wounded and you click on your health... you can decide whether to heal your ship with a medkit/free heal/bux

Here, the 'repair button' opens the window below, and the esc button opens the menu on top of it

That also happens with the travelling ship behind your ship, if you press escape too quickly...

If I wait for 4-5sec escape starts working and send the ship away
If I press it too quickly it doesn't work... and once this happens it doesn't work afterwards also, until I click away from the ship and summon it again

you can try doing this ... open the ship with crew and click escape quickly to cancel it
