go to your character profile -> inventory tab
select your first inventory slot
try equipping something
while the equipping process is loading, change tabs to your 2nd inventory slot
At this point, if the game is slow enough/you're quick enough, the game thinks you're equipping your 2nd slot instead of the first, so it equips your 2nd item.
If you go back and equip your 1st inventory slot again, you get an error message + game restart

expected behavior - game should not restart itself, game should not be confused what I am trying to equip and should equip it regardless of game lag.

I can repeat this pretty consistently, since there's often game lag of 1sec+, allowing me to change tabs, which causes this issue
