Relogging now fixed it. But yesterday i tried relogging multiple times with no luck

When i started the battle, it showed the vs screen and was stuck there. I think i let it sit for around 10 minutes before i restarted the game
But the battle log says failed attack and when i try to view it, it just gets stuck loading again

yea there was an exception due to data corruption for that ship

Yeah none of my accounts can do their battles in sol either after the first 2. It just keeps saying someone has already cleared the targets and then force resets my game
Quite a few other people in my fleet are getting the same bug

I might recommend a large thread be made specifically for fleet wars battle issues for a while.
