This happen after target change. Initially target are focus to same room.
Are they changing targets in the same frame? If it's a different frame they have different rng
Same ai (ctrl c+v)
do micro delay still working? i remember got removed already

Just checked in a battle. If rooms are changing targets on different frames, they have a chance to hit different targets.
So if your ai changes targets based on reload and the rooms don't have the exact same reload, you can hit different targets
theoretical reload of msl only 0.0035s different without counting ammo factor which is <0.025s, and also first target change is base on friendly missile (no friendly missile target cloak, none other room) and subsequence target change is target room on stasis, might not having issue in frame tick.
I rewatched the video and it's clear that the MSLs have different ai
One shoots one emp at cloak and swaps targets after that. The other MSL shoots at MSL room from the beginning and doesn't swap
err maybe the server sometime not update the change yet? since i checked already, ai are same
I think I know why
The bottom one fires frame one (no friendly missiles) at cloak.
Then, also frame one, but after that, the other missile shoots a missile room
The bottom one then swaps targets frame 2, while the other MSL already shoots at a missile room
I would have thought that all targeting actions would be done before the activation actions each frame. But maybe not?
so the game mechanism that not really base on previous frame, which is live that action base on current state update with 1 frame frequency?
Sharing same room target conditions for all my missiles type room and hangar, the two msl will always target another room caused by they having a 1 frame later reaction when operating friendly missile>5, skip next action and proceed to the subsequence room targeting
