A few minutes ago I purchased the “MONO Pods Plus” pack in Pixel Starships via Steam and the items were not delivered.

Steam account: upixxxxx

Pixel Starships username/ID: Omnisire

Platform: PC – Steam

Purchase time: ~5:30 PM (Eastern Europe time) on 2 Dec 2025

Amount: $19.99 USD

Steam transaction type: In-Game Purchase (wallet)

The pack is not in my inbox or inventory.
Please either deliver the MONO Pods Plus pack to my account or advise on issuing a refund.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the Steam purchase from my account history for reference, and the lack of claims in my inbox.
If you need the full transaction ID (Redacted for security reasons), I can provide that as well.

I opened this game this morning and it appeared again...

this is the second time I see it

first time being last night when you guys finally made it appear 1-2 hours later

I did thank last night the support crew via email, but as seen, the pack appeared again this morning... so... what should I do?
