#Missile change ai get stuck on first selected missile ammo

Have following lines:

  1. Reactor hp > 0 - max emp
  2. Any room hp < 50 - highest sys damage

When all reactors are down missile does not change to rocket

Try adding a 3rd command. None - Set cheapest item

Might also need another command for targeting so when both 1 and 2 are false it will still function

Missile ammo is always stuck after selecting first type
