Hi team, I am 100% sure I have invested 800 research points into this research, and during I was sleeping the research was comleted but when I opened the game this morning, it seems like I have never started this research at all.
Can you please take a look at your logs and investigate the issue. Have in mind that I am also upgrading my hangar so that might be an interesting info

I am not 100% sure if they can help, but maybe try an #in-game-support ticket. Not sure what there logs show.

I understand they might not be able to refund me the research points but I am under the impression this issue with research happen to me once alredy but I was not sure, now I am sure given it happened again

Another thing is, you may of researched level 3 and level 4 is now available (see the Roman numerals on the research)

So you think I researched Interceptor III and it just changed the label to Interceptor III-IV, that might be interesting.... Anyway I will be able to confirm when my Hangar completes ugrade, if I have Interceptor III we are good and this can be ignored, but if I have Interceltor II that it is a bug
