Most of the commands for repair tend to reset. If you move stuff up, they randomly change settings. You save then come back and the commands are differnet. Its a TOTAL mess.

but let me try to illustrate with screenshots first (btw my ship is BRICKED)
so, for example, lets take a random officer here
If i make a new command, there is a high likelihood that the command I make will move to #1 slot and reset whatever was on there. Essentially it will create 2 of the same command, at least visually.
If i try to move the last command up to 2/3 spot, there is a high likelihood that the same thing will happen again
does that make sense?
the first commands get overwritten somehow
when you try to add a new one or alter the positions. Not always, but frequently.
