My three characters are all unable to find a fight as PvP times out on every attempt. Multiple players are reporting the same.

If you & all these players reporting the same issue are playing from the google play store, I wonder if the problem is that. I was experiencing the same issues before not being to access the game at all to not being able to install through google play. Steam seems to work though or atleast better.
