Double resources during event

You can now use the double resources item during the double gas event. As far as I am aware, this was impossible previously. SS attached

@sullen spear It is always possible to use double resources for this specific event, the item only boost resources in PVP and the event only boost the extra league bonus in PVP, it might be a display bug that you don't receive the full gas but your total gas still increase correctly

The green is the normal resources and the white one is from league bonus, it should have been 200k instead because of the event but currently it only show 100k
