void asteroid bug?

i saw one void asteroid, killed it, game gave "an error has occurred" then restarted, and i saw another one and when i checked the logs ive killed two?

Something similar is happening with the epidemic ships for me

Few questions:
did it happen right after reset?
Did the bug happen after the game gave an error?
Did you get twice as much of the rewards?

No, it happened a few minutes before I sent that screenshot
Yes game error though it throws so many these days I clicked past it too fast to know which kind
Yes double rewards from the combat itself, only one reward from the special loot (vps +dust)
