This is observed on all platforms and it's been ongoing for months now, some characters only have a sliver of a (face pic) icon - mecha, rocky and widow from what I've seen but theres likely more, in the attached image rocky is at the top right with 0.9 hp and widow is at the bottom with 0.

this isn't a bug iirc just regular pss jank. their "heads" (which the sidebar displays) are technically just the top sliver of the sprite. who decided it would be like this, idk, but it's intended for all I know
