I think the Active Tasks window can be reorganized to provide a more relevant dashboard for players. This is just a crummy mockup, but it first removes the Adventures and Variants section. I find this the least useful information and would like to make better use of the real estate it clears up.
Move Guide Quests to the top center. Now the Events section can be expanded to show the tier status of each variant along with the champion's achievements. Since guide quests will be completed relatively early compared to Collection Quests, I recommend expanding the Collection Quests area to encompass the entire center section once Guide Quests are complete.
To my knowledge, Free Time Gates don't occur during events. When there is not an active event, the left section can show Free Time Gate information and the countdown for the next event. When neither Free Time Gates nor an Event is active, show a countdown for each.
Also, please add the Free Play Progress to the Patrons section as shown.
