Vin Ursa fix: Do not delist Undiscovered Foes until they are Actually Discovered

Is this about the achievement?
Becuase it doesn't count the one you start with.
The achievement seems rather explicit in that they need to be a new favored foe granted by the ult.

her Formation Buffs tab lists the available Favored Foes in each adventure

her ultimate needs to crit on an Undiscovered Foes target to move it up to Favored Foes. that's what ticks up her achieve
