If such a massive "Bug" exist for close 3 full Seasons with many players informing CNE about that it exists for this long, it shouldn't be treated as a bug, but as a inteded Synergy.
It wasn't gamebreaking and didn't allow you to push to area on its own 2000 (looking at Jim+Briv+Baeloth, which STILL WORKS)
And as i said, there have probably been many players, that used those 2 champs on their own, without "Relying on bugs" and now suffer from loosing a solid chunk of their earned power
It just feels like very bad design

It wasn't in a patch. It was just a defines update.
It may get mentioned in the next patch.

Also, when they did that, they should have allowed a mini dismantle for 
, cause a lot of people might have used her because she was very strong without actually knowing that they were exploding a bug, and now the fix "nerfed" her, a lot.
