Does someone know what causes your game to be put in a bugged state (UDG or something)? It's happened to me in two different dungeons during solo flawless attempts. Many parts of the game stop functioning (healing, aspects, armor charge) and the encounter mechanics don't always work.

Someone told me that this is because of an issue with some artifact perks. If anyone knows what specifically causes the issue that would be huge.

Pack tactics and no bell can put you into ucg consistently, there's another one but I don't remember what it is
