So i quit after final shpe and returned a month or two ago and i wondered how to get these catalysts and i was told that you need to get the current season pass exotic catalyst so i did but i didnt get either of those catalysts whats going on?

you go to the season monument and there you can buy it for chronologs (idk what the vendor is actually called but its to the right of the golden thing where your vault used to be)

They drop from exotic orders, I think.

Correct, they’re part of the common loot pool so completing exotic vanguard order will net you a catalyst. There’s no way to focus so it may take a while but you’ll get all eventually
