#Destined Hero: Dyadic Prism help

I finished the Destined Hero quest and got the Dyadic Prism item, but the next step (fast travel to the Sacrarium) was not available to me. I read somewhere that this happens because I got a copy of Ergo Sum before finishing the quest, causing the soft lock(?).

I've deleted all the Ergo Sums in my vault (all of which were not worth keeping), but the quest pointer still didn't show up. Anyone know the fix?
