Is there anyway to fix this interaction between fast talker and peacekeepers?

I’ve heard the handling on my weapon is too high BUT my gunburn has a higher handling and doesn’t have this problem

Ps I’m on controller with hold y to change from primary to heavy

Basically when I try to swap from fast talker it briefly shows animation of equipping and stowing my secondary before taking out my heavy
