I deleted my hunter a year ago with the awoken momentos for the wish ender quest line. I've tried re-obtaining the quest at the terminal but it puts me at step two and I dont have the momentos. Ive tried talking to Petra and remaking my hunter to see if either of those would help but it doesent.

Ive tired looking through the quest terminal to see if the momentos were in there and they weren't. Am I permanently locked out of this quest, and in turn, the exotic?
