any difficulty for base weapon and intrinsic upgrades, master and above for catalysts, you get 1 of each per clear (the gun you only get once to unlock the ability to craft it)

Actually not solved:
I got the catalyst and then completed it 4 times on normal, and now at enclave everything is still locked, I have slotted the catalyst but all other perks and magazines are locked
When I was completing at the end it always displayed "obtained trinary vision"

you have to insert the intrinsic upgrades, you still have the base version of the intrinsic equipped on the gun

I inserted the trinary vision now

with every clear you should have gotten a new version of trinary vision (it will just apply the latest one you got when you go craft one)

no, but now that I've installed the new trinary vision I can see the required level for magazine etc
However, perks are still "not yet aquired"
do I need to clear vox obscura 7 times total to get the perks?

no, 1 sec, checking to see if i also have the same issue when trying to craft it myself
what perks does it say you have not yet acquired exactly

because you get those by doing the mission on master, like the catalyst
for some reason they made those separate from the catalyst

no problem, sorry that you have to run it more than you needed to, this is probably the only crafted exotic that gets an extra perk slot
