Armor has tiers now, T5 being the best (highest stats). All activity completion rewards are T5 if you're 470+ in PvE or 450+ in PvP so level up quickly before you really start farming

Portal is the go-to for weapons/armor farming besides latest raid (DP) and dungeon (EQ). Armor also has 2/4 piece set bonuses (so check the bonus and which portal activities they drop from)
