For just random drops? I'd venture an educated guess of about 1 in 50 applicable weapons drop with the trait (just based on my experience...so this is anecdotal evidence versus empirical)

Dont farm for accelerated assault. It’s too rare for random drops. Just get it from vanguard alerts. Also Im pretty sure psi aeterna is bugged too lose ammo with accelerated

if it get good roll nice if no i pass

but that kinda sad i think the weapon is like 2 time better with assault

Because Bungie needs to create rare/scarce items for players to pursue in order to inflate/maintain the player population
