iv done all the kepler campaign on my warlock and so i have access to higher world tier, but i need the aion armor on my hunter now and i dont have access to the high world tier, my question is do i have to do all the campaign on my hunter witch would be a pain

As far as I remember, yes, unfortunately, you'll have to do it on every class you want to have access to the armor set.
