Returning hunter, just unlocked the raid, not sure how strong to be though.

You can see the recommended power for the activity by just hovering over the activity itself, loot from the raid doesn't scale with power level but with modifiers

And your light level gets temporarily raised to -5 of whatever light level is the highest in the fireteam anyway

The raid caps you at a -5 delta (-20 if it's the epic version, -30 in both if you enable the cutthroat modifier) so you can't go higher than that
