I havent been able to find an answer but are dungeon exotics like finalitys or hierarchy farmable or once a week per character?

Farmable, same goes with every other raid and dungeon, the most recent ones can also be farmed if you do full clears

They introduced a mechanic that resets your weekly clear progress everytime you do all encounters in a raid/dungeon
